Throttle Syndicate is the company that makes many factory-level race teams look so good with custom-made graphics and seat covers. We teamed up with Ryan Pursley and his son, Brandon, to build the ultimate 2023 Kawasaki KX250 four-stroke race bike. We wanted something that would stand out in the pits and on the track. We couldn’t think of a better way to do that than adding some chrome highlights and performance items straight off the Pro Circuit race team machines.
- Dunlop’s MX33 tires are designed featuring Blockin-a-Block technology for more aggressive cornering capabilities with a tread pattern and rubber compound to work well in a variety of conditions.
- Pro Circuit’s Ti-6 titanium exhaust system is designed to improve performance throughout the power curve and is constructed of titanium throughout the head pipe, mid-pipe and canister, while the end cap is constructed of carbon fiber.
- Throttle Syndicate’s gripper seat is made in-house to match the custom graphics with durable, rubberized gripper material and additional traction ribs.
- Works Chassis Lab (WCL) engine mounts are offered in three different configurations for rider customization: soft, medium and hard. Top mounts are constructed of stainless steel, and bottom mounts are titanium.
- The Renthal 996 Twinwall handlebars feature a patented design that utilizes two tubes for a combination of strength and comfort.
- Samco silicone radiator hoses are made in the UK by hand with high-quality silicone and lined with their light blue SamTek lining for improved cooling of the engine.
- ARC unbreakable folding levers and clutchperch assemblies with quick-adjust capabilities are a factory-level product available to the average consumer.
Brandon Pursley at Throttle Syndicate came up with a very clean, chrome-bling-inspired custom graphic design that gave this KX250 project some attitude, and we topped it off with an all-black gripper seat cover.
The new Pro Circuit engine performance package for the 2023 Kawasaki KX250 consists of a high-compression JE piston kit, camshaft, titanium valves and valve springs. Each part has been designed to Pro Circuit’s proprietary specifications and tested to complement each other for significant engine performance gain at all rpm levels. Our engine also received CNC head porting. This is basically what the Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki professional team is running.
LightSpeed Carbon Glide plates are 100-percent hand-laid carbon fiber and feature a one-piece design with built-in full-coverage case protection. This skid plate offers loads of protection with hardly any additional weight.
Twin Air’s PowerFlow kits are designed to ensure a leak-proof, foolproof fit with a rigid, lightweight, billetaluminum cage and a billet -aluminum
flange with a rubber seal that bolts tight to your airbox. A dual-stage air filter is also included in each kit.
